Give Poverty the Boot

 

As part of the Welwitschia Partnership the Huntly/Rhynie Cluster organised an awareness raising event on the theme of poverty.

 

It's aims were not only to make students aware of issues surrounding poverty both in Scotland and in the developing world, but to highlight the importance of physical activity and a healthy diet.

 

Students from both The Gordon Schools and Gordaon and Rhynie Primaries took part and gave poverty the boot.
